Precautions for using wooden pallets

In today's mature industrial development, China's manufacturing industry is world-renowned. Wooden pallets can be seen everywhere in production and logistics sites in various industries, and their use is very common. Wooden pallets can be reused as important logistics transportation carriers. How to use wooden pallets correctly and extend their service life? Below, I will introduce the precautions for using wooden pallets:
1. Stacking too high:

Some manufacturers stack wooden pallets in multiple layers to save space in their warehouses. This is because the pressure at the bottom is too high and can easily collapse, leading to accidents. Usually, it can only be stacked in two layers, and wooden covers must be installed between the goods.

2. Forklift injury:

When moving the tray, try to relax the distance between the forks to the outer edge of the fork inlet, and the depth of the forks should be at least 2/3 of the overall depth of the tray. When using wooden pallets for movement, hydraulic trucks and forklifts must maintain speed in both forward and backward movements, and move up and down to avoid sudden braking, sudden turning, damage to the pallet, and collapse of goods. Try to choose a bottomless surface for the tray's river shaped card board to enter the fork. When entering the fork, it should be accurately and smoothly inserted into the wooden tray socket to avoid damage.

3. Human injury:

Some forklift workers use their forks to impact and push their work tasks in advance.

4. Overload:

In general, the load capacity requirement should be raised when purchasing and should not be too high during use. The height is usually controlled at two-thirds of the width of the wooden pallet. When it is stationary, the greater strength it can bear goods varies depending on the structure, and the strength it can withstand the static load of wooden pallets. The strength of the double-sided structure is relatively high.
